  • People recovering after a hospital stay, when strength and confidence have dropped and travelling is tiring.
  • After surgery, such as a knee or hip replacement or a fracture, when moving around is still difficult.
  • People with long-term conditions that affect movement and balance, who benefit from regular exercise at home.
  • Anyone in too much pain to travel, for example with a bad back flare-up.

What we can help with

Goal How we help at home
Walking and mobility Practise walking, stairs, getting in and out of bed and chairs, and using a walking aid safely
Balance and falls prevention Balance and strength exercises, and advice on reducing fall risks around the home
Strength and fitness A graded exercise programme to rebuild strength after illness or a period of inactivity
Rehab after surgery Exercises and progress checks after joint replacement, fractures and other operations
Back, neck and joint pain Hands-on treatment, exercises and advice to ease pain and keep you moving
Support for carers Showing family members or helpers how to assist with exercises and safe movement

How it works

  1. Tell us about the patient. Message us on WhatsApp or call. We will ask a few questions about their condition, mobility and goals, and arrange a suitable time.
  2. First home visit. Our physiotherapist assesses movement, strength, balance and pain, looks at how the person manages around the home, and starts treatment.
  3. A clear plan. You receive a simple exercise programme and practical advice, and we agree goals and how often to visit.
  4. Follow-up visits. We progress the exercises, track improvement and keep the family updated. If anything needs a doctor’s attention, our doctor is on hand.

Home physiotherapy FAQs

Which areas do you cover?

We cover all of Singapore with no extra travel fee. A surcharge applies only for visits to Sentosa and Jurong Island.

When are home visits available?

Home visits are by appointment, on weekdays and weekends. Message us on WhatsApp with your preferred days and times, and we will find a slot that works for you and your caregivers.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No. You can contact us directly. If you have a hospital discharge summary or a letter from a specialist, please share it with us before the first visit.

How many sessions will be needed?

It depends on the condition and goals. After the first visit, our physiotherapist will suggest a plan, and we review progress as we go.

Can you teach our helper or family the exercises?

Yes. We encourage a family member or helper to join the session so they can support the exercises between visits.

Is home physiotherapy only for older adults?

No. It suits anyone who finds it hard to travel, including people recovering from surgery or with severe pain.

What if the person needs to see a doctor?

Our doctor works alongside our physiotherapist, so we can arrange a review at the clinic or a video consultation if needed.
